The durable soft drawn bare copper wire refers to a bare copper conductor processed by soft drawing and is mainly used for grounding and conductive applications in electrical systems. Its structure is very simple, usually made of pure copper without any insulation layer or external coating, and has the characteristics of high conductivity, easy to bend, and shape.

Construction
Bare soft copper grounding conductors are solid or concentric-lay-stranded, consisting of one or more layers of wire wrapped helically around a straight round central wire.  This copper conductor is usually in the form of single or multiple strands. A single-strand conductor consists of a single copper wire and is suitable for some simple grounding or electrical applications. Multi-stranded conductors are composed of multiple thinner copper wires stranded together, providing higher flexibility and bending resistance, and are suitable for occasions that require multiple bends and more complex layouts.

Application
Solid and stranded bare soft copper grounding conductors are suitable for neutrals, circuit grounding conductors, and machinery and equipment grounding systems. Soft copper may be used for transformer drop leads or other non-tension hook-up jumpers.

The soft-drawn treatment makes the copper less likely to break during stretching and bending. This flexibility makes the durable soft drawn bare copper wire ideal for a variety of electrical and grounding applications.
